Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

  • Notice:Please provide as much notice as possible via the Fresha app.
  • >24 Hours:Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your session will be credited to your Renew Fresha account for future use.
  • 24 Hours:Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the treatment cost.
  • 12 Hours / No-Show:Cancellations within 12 hours of the appointment time or no-shows will incur the full treatment cost.

Concessional Cards & Memberships

  • Validity: 5 or 10-session concessional cards are valid for 12 months from the day of purchase.
  • Usage: A Concessional Card can only be used by the name registered to that card.
  • Refunds: The unused portion of a concessional card cannot be refunded, credited, or exchanged for any other service.
  • Service allocations and allowances may be subject to change by Renew management.

Returns and Refunds Policy

  • Services purchased and received are non-refundable, including membership payments.
  • Returns and refunds due to complaints will only be considered if reported within five days of purchase. After this period, all purchases are deemed non-refundable.
  • A $10 charge will be retained to cover administrative costs for any processed refunds.

Gift Cards

Gift cards must be presented to reception upon arrival. Renew assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of gift cards.

Client Declaration

I declare that I have read and understand my rights and obligations and consent to taking part in this programme and indemnify my trainer/consultant at Renew Wellness Place against all risks involved. I also agree to adhere to the Terms of Service set out above at all times and certify all the information provided is correct.

Liability Waiver

In agreeing, you accept not to hold Renew or any of its instructors, therapists, services, or staff responsible for any injuries or misfortunes that occur prior to, during, or after the service. You understand that everyone is different and may be affected by the services differently. You must notify Renew staff or instructors of any illness, injuries, or circumstances that may affect your ability to complete our services safely.
